Annapolis, MD – Superstar violinist Midori joins the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra (ASO) for the first concerts of the 2016-2017 season, September 30 and October 1.  Entitled “Lovers and Dreamers,” Music Director José-Luis Novo will lead the orchestra’s first performance of the season at Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts.

(Annapolis, MD – June 23, 2016)  After successful clarinet auditions on May 16, 2016 to fill two vacancies, the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert DiLutis as Principal Clarinet and Brian Eldridge as Second Clarinet.  The day-long process involved applicants from all over the country.

ANNAPOLIS, MD — The Annapolis Symphony Orchestra was ranked #17 by the Baltimore Business Journal in its annual list of the top 20 arts organizations in the Baltimore region.

The only other orchestra on the list is the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. The BSO’s average ticket price is $79 per patron, compared to $44 for the Annapolis Symphony.
