Where did you study? I went to high school at Rosati-Kain HS in St. Louis, MO. I did my B.A. in Biology at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. I did my masters in Viola with an emphasis in Pedagogy at the Indiana University School of Music. I completed my Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Maryland – College Park.
What is your favorite piece of music? Beethoven String Quartets
What do you enjoy in your spare time? Reading and riding bikes with my son
What is your fondest Annapolis Symphony memory? Playing Brahms Violin Concerto with soloist Noah Bendix-Balgley in 2017. I was pregnant with my son at the time and knew he was just at the stages of development when he could hear. I loved being inspired by the music and wondering what my son might be experiencing with me on stage.
